This Privacy Policy describes how Sturdysight, a brand owned and operated by BIJI Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sturdysight.com (the “Site”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you contact us via email at support@sturdysight.com, we collect the information you include in your message such as your name and email address.

Site analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics and our first-party Traffic Source analytics service to understand page views, referring sites, navigation, general location, browser, operating system, device type, and screen size. Vercel Web Analytics stores anonymized data and does not use cookies, and we remove query strings and page fragments before URLs are sent to Vercel. Traffic Source (also called BIJI Analytics) uses randomly generated, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and processes the page path and hostname, the referring URL with query strings and fragments removed, allowlisted campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and a referral code from the ref parameter), screen size, browser, operating system, and device type derived from request headers, and approximate country or city. Traffic Source is a first-party service operated and self-hosted by BIJI Labs LLC on Render infrastructure and served from biji-analytics.onrender.com.

Amazon outbound events: When you activate one of our measured links to a Sturdysight product on Amazon, our Site records the source page path, normalized link placement, intended product size, and destination ASIN. We do not include tool answers, free text, email addresses, query strings, or other direct identifiers in this event. Our hosting provider necessarily processes request data to deliver and secure the Site.

Size-finder completion events: When the size finder shows a starting result, our analytics services record the event and the resulting Sturdysight product size. They do not receive your planning selections, checkbox responses, pack details, or free text.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Analyze usage trends to improve the Site
• Monitor and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site and conducting our business, including Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics and Render for hosting our first-party Traffic Source analytics service. We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BIJI Labs LLC, our users, or others.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Amazon.com, where our products are sold. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

5. Cookies

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Traffic Source stores a pseudonymous visitor identifier in local storage and a first-party cookie that lasts about one year, and a session identifier in session storage and a first-party cookie that lasts about 30 minutes. If you arrive through a link with a ref referral code, that code is kept in local storage. You can remove or block these identifiers in your browser settings; doing so may reduce analytics accuracy. Third-party websites you choose to visit, including Amazon, apply their own cookie and privacy policies after you leave the Site.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, security, aggregate reporting, and legal obligations. Analytics and hosting-log retention depend on our business needs and the applicable Vercel, Render, and Traffic Source settings. We delete analytics data associated with your identifiers on request.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
